Thony

Colombia changed my life. Its culture, its rhythm, and its culinary depth left a lasting mark on me. But one thing stood out above everything else — empanadas quickly became my favorite snack.

During my journey in Colombia, I met the love of my life, Andrea, and was welcomed into her family’s world of tradition and culinary arts. There, I discovered my mother-in-law, Berledis’s closely guarded empanada recipe, perfected over generations and rooted in authenticity. Crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside, they became part of my everyday life.

Today, we bring this heritage to Switzerland. Each empanada is crafted from Berledis’ original recipe, a celebration of tradition, refinement, and what we believe to be the finest expression of Colombian flavor.
